Turnaround Time

Due to the strategic location of our three global offices (Toronto, Canada / Lisbon, Portugal / Brussels, Belgium), we can offer you 24-hour service. If you send us a rush translation at 5:00 pm, we can turn it around by 9:00 pm the next morning.

Confidentiality

Our team has often access to confidential and sensitive information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of all information related to our clients, the client contacts, and the translatable source material. LWT Communications shall not publicly divulge in any way this information without previous written authorization from the client.

All our internal and external collaborators are required to sign a confidentiality agreement with LWT Communications when they join the company or start working on a project with us.

Paperwork containing any information related to our clients is destroyed separately. Our premises and IT infrastructure are highly secure.
